My new Sundowner arrived and even though I purchased it sight unseen, I am very pleased not only with the trailer but the service I received throughout the negotiation process. From the initial conversation I had with Todd and all subsequent phone calls, I was very pleasantly surprised during each aspect of finalizing the arrangements. This is my third LQ trailer and my dealings with Todd made it by far the most stress free. He apparently has found the happy medium between offering adequate information through follow-up phone calls without pressuring for a decision. I honestly don't think I've ever dealt with a salesperson who answered 100% of my questions (if he didn't know the answer he made sure he found the source that did) and continuously kept me updated, which I very much appreciated. I'm planning to enjoy using this trailer for quite a while but, if not, rest assured I'll be calling Uncle Bob's Trailers when I'm ready to trade; hopefully Todd will still be there!

I can't put it into words how happy I am with the beautiful job on the trailer. It is absolutely gorgeous!!! I'm still jumping up and down. I stand and just stare at it. That window does it all. It's just perfect how everything is in there, it still has plenty of room in there and so much storage!. It looks so open with the way the window and counter top are. The cabinets are so pretty. I just can't thank you enough. I will enjoy it for years to come! Thank you SO much. I'm SO happy to have that window in there. It was so boxed in before and now you can see out that side. I didn't have time to jump up and down when we were there to pick up the trailer because my husband was in a hurry to get going and I was trying to soak it in. But before we left I had to take one more look at it to soak it in and all the way home I was so excited I couldn't stand it. My husband is just laughing at me. By the way, he also thinks it's really nice too. Again, thank you all for the great job! We sure appreciate your good work.
